1.    Safety goggles must be worn at all times on or near the playing fields and or shooting ranges. Do not remove your goggles for any reason, you only get one set of eyes. If your goggles fog up or need cleaning call for a medic or referee or make your way back to a safety zone. Any player caught removing their goggles will be removed from the game.

2.    All paintball markers must be chronographed at less than 300 fps and night play 250 fps. Mortars, bazookas and any other non standard paintball marker at 250 fps.

3.    It is recommended that you wear some form of neck, throat, chest and or groin protection.

4.    Do not deliberately shoot at an opponent's head or other "sensitive" area.

5.    No over shooting - If a player is shot move than 3 times then the shooter is out for a 30 minute stand down before he/she can re-enter the game.

6.    Alcohol and drugs are prohibited.

7.    Physical contact is prohibited. Play in a safe and responsible manner, it's only a game.

8.    Field paint only. Any player caught with non-field paint will be ejected from the property, no refunds.

9.    Respect my bush. Please do not break or uproot any living plant. Dispose of any cans, bottles and rubbish in the bins provided.

10.  Keep your gun, goggles and any other equipment provided with you at all times; you are financially responsible for their safe return.

11.  Barrel plugs, bags or some form of barrel blocking device are mandatory.

12.  Failure to abide by the rules or cooperate with the referee's or staff of Mehrts Place Paintball Games will result in your removal from the field and property. Come to have fun and remember that scenario games are unpredictable and you need to learn the rules.

13.  Avoid firing at a player less than 5 meters away from you; call out surrender 3,2,1. The player is then eliminated.

14.  Serious injuries such as broken bones, blindness, cuts etc can happen while you are playing paintball. Mehrts Place Paintball Games assumes absolutely no responsibility for any personal injury for any reason; including but not limited to, negligence and faulty equipment. You are playing at your own risk.

15.  Players attempting to settle disputes are to call for a referee. The referee's decision is final. Remember that a referee can have considerable flexibility in their application of the rules and how a particular incident may play out. Respect their decision and realize these are the "fortunes of war".
